The third and fourth phase of the student induction programme was held on 14th and 15th September 2022 in which the sessions were focussed on the personality development of the students. The first session on ’Self-awareness’ was handled by Rev. Dr. D. Thomas Alexandar SJ, the second by Dr. A. Michael J Leo on ‘Know your Personality’, the third on ‘Self-esteem’ by Rev. Fr. Loyola SJ and the last session of the first day was handled by Dr. A. Punitha Mary on ‘Developing Positive Attitude’.
The first session of the second day was handled by Dr. S. Sherlin on ‘Principles of Teaching’, the second on ‘Professional Ethics’ by Dr. A. John Lawrence and the final session on ‘Time Management’ by Dr. Y. Daniel. The students were actively involved in all the sessions in two days.
